Yes, all available jewelry is made of gold or other precious metals with a title specified on the product sheet.
Each item is carefully verified before being put up for sale.
A preloved (literally “previously loved” piece of jewelry) is a second-hand, high-quality, or branded piece of jewelry that is carefully selected and restored for resale.
It is a sustainable choice that allows you to purchase authentic, quality gold, reducing environmental impact. Unlike the classic used jewel, the preloved guarantees high standards, equivalent to new.
Yes, each piece of jewelry is checked by experts, and for gemstones with diamonds or other precious stones, the characteristics (calibration, color, clarity) are specified in the description.
Yes, we only deal in authentic jewelry. When present, brands are indicated in the product sheet.
Jewellery has original box and/or warranty only if it is specified in the description within the product sheet. You can see the original box already in the product photos (if any).

Yes, for all jewelry purchased at our shop, or in our stores, you can request a specific gemological report.
If the jewelry has an international GIA or IGI (or other) certification is specified in the product sheet description and you can see the certificate photo in the jewelry photo gallery.
SIZES & MEASURES
You can consult our sizing guide - which you find in all the product cards ring - or contact us for assistance. If you already have a ring, we can help you check its size.
In many cases, yes. Contact us before purchasing to check feasibility and any costs.
SHIPMENTS & ORDERS
All our jewelry, if not accompanied by an original box, is shipped with a Ledial gift box.
Italian law requires all companies selling pre-loved jewelry to identify the customer, so we are required to request an identity document in order to comply with this law (n° 92/2017).
Upon non-receipt of the identification document we are forced to cancel the order.
Orders are shipped generally within 24-48 business hours of our payment confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any promotions with free shipping are indicated on the site.
Yes, we do international shipping. Time and cost vary by destination.
Yes, shipments are traceable and insured, to ensure maximum security until delivery.
All orders are fulfilled with insured shipments, mainly via UPS courier.
Yes, once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a link to the tracking and the possibility to specify the day and the preferred time window for delivery.
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Through the courier portal, you can manage the delivery yourself, requesting to postpone it to another day or choosing to have the package delivered to a pick-up point near you.

Yes, we use secure and encrypted payment systems to protect your data.
If the payment was successful, you will receive an order summary email. For purchases with payment by bank transfer, you will be contacted directly by our operator.
In both cases, following confirmation of payment, you will be contacted again to send us an identity document in order to complete the order (see question n°2 of SHIPMENTS & ORDERS).
For purchases with payment by bank transfer, orders will be fulfilled following the receipt of credit from us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Yes, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, as required by current legislation.
Simply contact us by email with your order number. We will provide you with all instructions.
The refund is processed after verification of the returned product, within a few working days.
When the return has arrived and we have verified the product, we will contact you by email or phone, giving you more information about the refund.

Yes, you can visit us in our stores in Milan and the surrounding area. Please contact us to check product availability before your visit.
Yes, in our stores we also carry out goldsmith workshop services, including: polishing, welding, engraving, necklace threading, and resizing.

No, you can go to the store without an appointment during opening hours.
No, you can't sell gold online.
Yes, at our stores you can exchange your used gold for the purchase of a new piece of jewelry. Your gold will be valued at the highest market prices and the value obtained can be scaled directly from the price of the jewel you wish to purchase.
We remind you that the valuation for the trade-in can only be done at our physical stores.
Yes, in our stores you can also sell or buy investment gold such as coins and bullion because we are registered in the OAM Registry as Professional Operators Gold No.286.
The OAM (Organismo Agenti e Mediatori) is the official Italian authority that oversees and regulates professional gold dealers. Registration with the OAM is a legal requirement that guarantees the business operates with full transparency, complying with anti-money laundering regulations and strict national security standards.
Ledial is a fully registered member, ensuring maximum safety and reliability for every transaction.
Yes, in our outlets we buy silver coins, including the 500 lire. The valuation is currently made based on the price of the metal on the stock exchange.
We remind you that, as with gold, valuation and purchase can only take place at our physical stores.
Yes, we buy silver and silverware (sterling) ingots of all kinds, such as cutlery services, trays, frames and various objects.
The quotation is established based on the weight of the precious metal contained and the purity of the alloy (800, 925, 999), verified by our in-store experts.
