INTRODUCTION
    Please read these Ledial General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) carefully before ordering products from our website. These Terms govern the contractual relationship with respect to the website and the purchase of products made through it.     SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
    An “online” sale contract refers to a distance contract for movable goods and/or services between a supplier, in this case, ledial.it, owned by Ledial Srl, based at Via Padova 156, 20132 (MI, Italy), and a consumer client. Ledial exclusively uses “internet” as the means of communication for such contracts. These Terms remain effective unless modified by Ledial. Any modifications take effect when published on ledial.it and apply to future sales.

    SITE REGISTRATION
    To purchase products on ledial.it, registration is required. Registration allows you to provide contact details and a delivery address. The buyer must provide real, accurate data, not third-party or fictional information. Duplicate registrations or third-party data entry is prohibited. Ledial reserves the right to pursue legal action for any violations.

    PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
    After viewing products, prices, delivery costs, and estimated delivery times, the customer can express a desire to purchase one or more items. The contract is completed when Ledial sends a confirmation email. Orders from individuals under 18 or lacking a tax code/VAT number are invalid. For the purchase of used jewelry, the customer must submit valid ID; without it, the sale cannot proceed.

    SALES PRICES
    Product prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made through methods specified at purchase. Prices on the site apply only to online orders, which can be collected in-store. If a pricing error is found, Ledial will offer the customer the option to confirm or cancel the order at the corrected price.

    STOCK AVAILABILITY
    If a product is unavailable, Ledial will inform the customer of availability and ship it as soon as possible. If unavailable and no suitable substitute is found, Ledial will refund the amount paid.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
    Product descriptions on ledial.it are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly in color, shape, and size. Images are sometimes enlarged for better display and may not be to scale. Gemstones may be treated to enhance color or clarity, and colors may appear differently on screens.

    PACKAGING
    All products are sent in gift packaging at no additional cost, though packaging shape and color may differ from those shown online.

    PAYMENT METHODS
    Payment can be made via:

    1. Credit card through PayPal, where you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure site to complete the payment.
    2. Bank transfer, with account details provided in the order confirmation email. Sending the transaction reference code (CRO) to info@ledial.it may expedite shipment.

    DELIVERY, SHIPPING, AND TIMING
    Customers can choose delivery to their address, another address, or pick-up at a Ledial store. Ledial ships throughout Italy for €15; shipping is insured. For international deliveries, costs may vary and will be calculated based on various factors. If delivery fails due to the customer’s absence, they should contact the courier for re-delivery. If anomalies (possible tampering) are observed, sign “subject to inspection.” Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days within Italy.

    LIABILITY
    Ledial is not liable for delays or issues due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or strikes, nor for any fraudulent or unlawful use of payment methods by third parties.

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    Consumers dissatisfied with their purchase can withdraw without penalty within 10 working days of receipt. Withdrawal must be requested via registered letter or email to info@ledial.it. Products cannot be returned if custom-made or visibly used. Items must be returned in original packaging at the customer’s expense, except for non-conforming orders. Ledial will issue a refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product, provided it is undamaged.

    PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
    Personal data is collected to register the customer and process orders and communications in compliance with current laws.     JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
    All disputes relating to online contracts through ledial.it are subject to Italian jurisdiction, with the court of Milan having exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
